Current Events in Cyberlaw

Speaker: Dan Ryan, Information Resources Management College of the National Defense University

The field of cyberlaw is a complex and rapidly evolving discipline that spans criminal law and procedure in dealing with hackers and the insider threat. It deals as well with privacy law, the laws protecting intellectual property, and e-commerce law. This presentation will describe recent developments in legislation and include case studies.
